Queer Tech Club is a monthly happy hour event that brings together LGBTQ technology professionals from the Chicagoland area for an evening of networking, socializing and exchanging ideas. Attendees have the chance to network with smart and talented Queer Tech Club members while hearing the latest about Chicago's innovative tech scene and opportunities from local companies that sponsor and host our events. Every event includes time for members to pitch their startup ideas, talk about recent accomplishments and hear about job opportunities in the area from companies and fellow QTC members looking to hire people with a passion for technology.
Praxis Group is excited to attend this month's Queer Tech Club meetup, where we'll be sharing information about the work that we can do to support queer and trans people in the tech industry, handing out resources, and meeting new people. The event is free and open to the public, registration required.
